Karen Vickers has been representing public and private employers since 1991.
Karen has extensive experience representing clients in adversarial proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trials. She is a skilled litigator who has successfully defended employers in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI). Her strong courtroom presence and commitment to her clients’ interests have earned her a reputation for achieving favorable outcomes in even the most challenging cases.
A significant portion of Karen’s practice involves representing school districts and other public entities in civil rights and tort claims.
